As you enter the third floor apartment, you will be greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, chic décor, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. ★ LIVING ROOM ★ The open living area has a chaise lounge opposite a large wall-mounted Smart TV, so you can access all your favorite streaming apps. When you open the large sliding doors, the cool breeze comes in, and you can step out onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the mountains. ★ KITCHEN/DINNING ★ The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a french door fridge/freezer, a free-standing oven and cooktop, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine. You will also find complimentary k-cups and assorted tea. The dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. We have also provided a few basic spices to get you started. Sit up and enjoy your meals together at the breakfast bar or at the café style dining table with seating for two. If you don\’t feel like cooking, there are many great restaurants and cafes just a minutes\’ walk away. This unit is located on the third floor and is accessible via elevator or stairs. It also has keyless entry- 2 codes will be provided to access the unit and building. We currently do not allow pets, but please check back in the future. The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priority. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each checkout. There is no smoking inside the home or within the community. Smoking inside will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. There are no parties or events allowed within our unit. This will help to maintain its condition for future guests and visits. We will be available 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app. We respond quickly and are always available to help. We give our guests their space, but we\’re always available for any questions.
